Peaceful Neighborhood Setting 🌲 This cabin is located in a quiet, family-friendly West Shore neighborhood designed for relaxing Tahoe getaways. Guests can enjoy peaceful surroundings while staying just minutes from beaches, outdoor activities, and Tahoe City. No Pets 🚫🐾 To help maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests—especially those with allergies—pets are not permitted at the property. If a pet is brought onto the property, a $500 additional cleaning/detailing fee will apply and the pet must be removed immediately. Local Booking Policy To help preserve the guest experience and neighborhood environment, local bookings are not permitted and may be canceled after confirmation. Same-Day Reservations ✅ Need a last-minute Tahoe escape? Same-day bookings are accepted until 6:00 PM for added flexibility and convenience. Security & Safety 📷 For guest and property security, exterior security cameras are installed at the front and back of the home. ✔ Respect the Neighborhood – Full-time residents live nearby. Keep noise levels down, especially during quiet hours (9 PM - 8 AM). No parties—violations will result in removal. ✔ Bear Safety – Upon arrival, turn OFF the brown bear deterrent switch (right of the front door) before stepping onto the metal mat. Please also remember to not keep food in cars. ✔ Fireplace Use – Enjoy the wood-burning stove on cold nights! Extra firewood is in the mudroom, and firestarters/matches are provided next to the stove. Dispose of cold ashes only in the provided aluminum can. Use caution and safety precautions at all times. ✔ Fire Extinguishers & First Aid – Fire extinguishers are mounted on walls, and a first aid kit is in the laundry room closet. ✔ Smart Lock Access – Your 4-digit door code will be provided 24 hours before check-in. To unlock, tap the "Yale” logo, enter the code, and press the green checkmark. To lock, tap the “Yale” logo and wait for the chime. ✔ Cleanliness & Checkout – Leave the home as you found it. Move furniture back to its original place and follow the checkout instructions. Excessive mess will result in a $50 per hour cleaning fee. ✔ Guest Limit & Unauthorized Stays** – The number of guests must match the reservation. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Lake Tahoe! Only a 15 minute drive to Palisades. Comfortable beds and a great selection of games & activities for the kids. Would definitely stay in this beautiful house again!

Loved this house and the location as well. The host was super helpful and even very thoughtful. Provided champagne chutes for the house, since I was proposing on the trip. That was very kind! Overall great house and great experience.

Aiden and team were fantastic hosts during our stay at Sunnyside Tahoe. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great and made it easy to enjoy everything the Tahoe area has to offer. Check-in was smooth, and communication with Aiden and the team was quick and helpful throughout the stay. We really appreciated the attention to detail and how well the space was maintained. It made for a relaxing and enjoyable trip. Overall a great cabin! Very convenient location just a few minutes from ski resorts and Tahoe City’s shops and restaurants. Comfy beds, well-appointed kitchen, and everything was very clean and well maintained. Would recommend and come back in the future!

Overall, a great Airbnb. My guests and I enjoyed all of the amenities this place had to offer. It was very well stocked with everything (kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry, board games) and had many small gifts/knick knacks that made our stay enjoyable. Our host was very responsive and proactive in communicating with us. The location is close to downtown Tahoe City for grocery shopping or ski rentals. Definitely recommend this Airbnb and would stay here again if I’m visiting the area.
