Seasonal Outdoor Amenities 🌲 To help protect outdoor spaces during snow season, the patio furniture and BBQ are stored during winter months (November–April) and may not be available during that time. The private hot tub remains available year-round for relaxing after beach days, hikes, or snowy adventures. 🛁✨ Security & Peace of Mind ✅ For guest and property security, there is one exterior camera located above the garage door. The camera records video and audio and operates 24/7. There are no interior cameras anywhere inside the home. Local Booking Policy To help maintain the experience and neighborhood environment, we do not accept bookings from local residents. Local reservations may be canceled. Personal Belongings While we want every stay to be smooth and worry-free, guests are responsible for personal belongings during their visit. Please double-check the home before departure for any forgotten items. Winter Travel (November–March) ❄️🚙 Tahoe winters are beautiful but conditions can change quickly. AWD or 4WD with all-terrain tires is strongly recommended, and chains may be required for 2WD vehicles depending on weather and road conditions. Please plan extra travel time during storms.
