A $150 fine applies for violations. 🐾 Pets are not allowed. 🚫 Local bookings are not accepted and will be canceled. 🎉 No parties or events allowed. 🔥 No outdoor fires (county regulation). Charcoal grills are prohibited and subject to a $1,500 county fine. 📹 Security: Exterior camera above garage door (records video/audio). 🕒 Quiet hours are 9 PM – 8 AM. 🧾 Host is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
