House Rules
Please shower before entering the swimming pool as chemicals from shampoo or body lotion may cause the pool water to discolor. For your safety and the safety of others it is prohibited to use any glass materials in or near the pool area. Food or drinks are prohibited in the pool area. Please keep noise levels to a minimum.
If you stay during a Sunday night and/or Thursday night we kindly ask to please place garbage bins out the front Sunday night for Monday morning pick up and Thursday night for Friday morning pick up.
- Trash Guidelines: You don’t need to separate recyclables, as Polk County is no longer recycling. All trash can go in either of the two outdoor trash cans.
- Make sure trash is properly bagged. No loose trash is allowed.
- Pull trash cans back from curbside once they are emptied.
Reserving our property is a confirmation attest that you are in agreement with the house rules and with legal penalties which might be applied in case not followed.

Parties or events of any kind are forbidden and subject a summary eviction and penalty fee.

We were a party of 7 so the house was probably bigger than we needed but the space was great. Master bedroom is huge and there was much debate over who should have that room.
Kitchen had all you could need and we did cook a few times.
Pool area was lovely and clean, good sized pool and plenty of chairs in the garage.
All in all we had a beautiful home for our 8 day visit to Orlando from England.
