• Rental rules prohibit pets of any kind: if any pets are reported or found in any of our properties, a $500.00 detailing cleaning fee will be charged due to possible pet hair and dander allergy issues of future guests, and the pet must be removed from the property immediately. • Our home is located in a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood with easy access to local attractions. • Local bookings are not permitted and will be canceled immediately upon confirmation. • Same-day bookings are accepted until 6pm for convenience. • For safety and privacy, there are security cameras at the front of the house and in the back of the house. ✔ Respect the Neighborhood – Full-time residents live nearby. Keep noise levels down, especially during quiet hours (9 PM - 8 AM). No parties—violations will result in removal. ✔ Bear Safety – Upon arrival, turn OFF the brown bear deterrent switch (right of the front door) before stepping onto the metal mat. Please also remember to not keep food in cars. ✔ Fireplace Use – Enjoy the wood-burning stove on cold nights! Extra firewood is in the mudroom, and firestarters/matches are provided next to the stove. Dispose of cold ashes only in the provided aluminum can. Use caution and safety precautions at all times. ✔ Fire Extinguishers & First Aid – Fire extinguishers are mounted on walls, and a first aid kit is in the laundry room closet. ✔ Smart Lock Access – Your 4-digit door code will be provided 24 hours before check-in. To unlock, tap the "Yale” logo, enter the code, and press the green checkmark. To lock, tap the “Yale” logo and wait for the chime. ✔ Cleanliness & Checkout – Leave the home as you found it. Move furniture back to its original place and follow the checkout instructions. Excessive mess will result in a $50 per hour cleaning fee. ✔ Guest Limit & Unauthorized Stays** – The number of guests must match the reservation. Extra guests beyond the booking will result in reservation cancellation. ✔ Report Safety Concerns – If you notice anything unsafe or potentially damaging to the home or guests, please notify us immediately.

Overall, a great Airbnb. My guests and I enjoyed all of the amenities this place had to offer. It was very well stocked with everything (kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry, board games) and had many small gifts/knick knacks that made our stay enjoyable. Our host was very responsive and proactive in communicating with us. The location is close to downtown Tahoe City for grocery shopping or ski rentals. Definitely recommend this Airbnb and would stay here again if I’m visiting the area.
